LOGOS APOSTOLIC ORPHAN AID in Freetown, Sierra Leone 1

(1) Maginty Bockarie, born Kuntorloh, Freetown, parents unknown, lost both parents to the deadly Ebola disease and she was left with no one to care for her. She was brought to our orphan home by the care ministry department in the church.
(2) Mohamed Kamara was born to Mr and Mrs Sorie Kamara, and was the only surviving son after the family village farm house was burned by fire while Mohamed was out to fetch water for the family. Both parents and their only daughter were consumed by fire beyond recognition. Mohamed was brought down to the city and has been cared for in our orphanage home.
(3) Mary Magdanene Kamara is an Ebola survivor. Her parents died one year after giving birth to her, and she now resides in the home.
(4) Emmanuel was born in Freetown, and lost both parents as a result of the mudslides that devastated this country in 2014.
(5) Alex Kamara was abandoned in the hospital by his mother who couldn’t pay his hospital bill, so we were informed and paid and took him in. After much investigation we decided to register him.
